Female footballer training at golden hour on a Mediterranean pitch in Marbella

Founding intake · Marbella 2026

A Mediterranean chapter for the women shaping the future of football.

An international women's football residency in Marbella and Estepona — a selective year of professional training, club competition and Mediterranean life on the Costa del Sol.

A founding chapter

Not a camp. Not a tour. A residency built around the player you are becoming.

Mediterranean Elite Football is an immersive women's football residency in Marbella and Estepona, on Spain's Costa del Sol — a focused year of professional growth lived in one of Europe's most refined sporting environments. Train daily. Compete with established Spanish women's football clubs. Step into an international community of players who take their football, and themselves, seriously.

Applications are now open for the inaugural 2026 intake. Founding places are intentionally limited.

Philosophy

A note from the founders

We started Mediterranean Elite Football because the path for ambitious young women in football still asks them to choose — between the game and a life worth living around it.

Our belief is simple. A serious football environment and a full, international life are not in tension. They sharpen each other. Training is daily. Standards are real. But so is the sea, the language, the friendships, the independence of living a year abroad in your early twenties.

We are not building another academy or a season abroad. We are building a residency — a chapter — where women's football is treated with the seriousness it deserves, and the people who play it are treated as adults shaping their own future.

The 2026 intake is intentionally small. We would rather grow slowly with the right players than quickly with the wrong ones. If something here speaks to you, we would like to read your application.
